Butcher Paper

IDL Packaging Butcher Paper is perfect for transporting, smoking, storing, and serving food, especially poultry, meat, and fish. Unwaxed and uncoated, 100% health-safe, it is thicker than usual butcher papers. The rolls are very durable and can handle much heavier products than parchment paper. We have three colors of this paper and they have different properties:

• 18” x 180’ White Butcher Paper is designed for grilling and smoking meat and fish. FDA-approved.
• 18” x 180’ or 18” 1000’ Pink Butcher Paper is produced for cooking, smoking, and grilling. FDA-approved.
• 18” x 180’ or 18” x 1026’ Bleak Steak Paper is not meant for cooking and barbequing, though its moisture-resistance and black contrasting color make this paper a perfect option for butcher shops where favorable meat display is important.

Proudly made in the USA, our butcher paper does not have wax or plastic that may melt off from heat and be harmful to your health. The lengths of 180’, 1000’ or 1026’ allow you to use one roll of this paper at several “big fat Greek weddings”. And if you are in catering service, you might want to use our paper dispenser for fast and even cuttings of the rolls.
